1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Committee Discussion: 2017 Agency Priorities
Committee members will discuss multi-agency priorities for 2017 and review recent accomplishments on Delta management initiatives. The Delta Stewardship Council will present a request for agency review and continued engagement on Administrative Performance Measures and DeltaView.
3. Ecosystem Restoration Progress Update
Committee members will hear a presentation from David Okita and Kristopher Tjernell, California Natural Resources Agency, on the status of California EcoRestore and hear key recommendations from the interagency review of permitting barriers and best practices. Committee members will discuss opportunities for progress on habitat restoration in the Delta.
4. Update on Collaborative Science Activities
Committee members will hear a presentation from Jessica Law, Delta Stewardship Council, on collaborative science activities, including the High Impact Science Actions, Draft 2017-2021 Science Action Agenda, Science Enterprise Workshop, and other collaborative efforts. David Mooney, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, will present a proposal and request for Committee member involvement in a pilot-study in response to Committee interest in integrated ecosystem modeling.
5. Committee Business
DPIIC members will have the opportunity to discuss committee business, including the next meeting, to be held November 13, 2017.

MEETING AGENDA MATERIALS
The Delta Stewardship Council was created in legislation to achieve the state mandated coequal goals for the Delta. "'Coequal goals' means the two goals of providing a more reliable water supply for California and protecting, restoring, and enhancing the Delta ecosystem. The coequal goals shall be achieved in a manner that protects and enhances the unique cultural, recreational, natural resource, and agricultural values of the Delta as an evolving place." (CA Water Code §85054)
